Oak Tree Speech and Language is a private practice that largely delivers services via teletherapy and uses a fees-for-service model. At this time, we are credentialed providers with Colorado Medicaid (Health First Colorado). We are in the process of applying to become providers under other insurance providers. Until we are able to provide services through your provider, our pay is out of pocket. Upon request, we will gladly provide you with the necessary documentation to support your pursuit of reimbursement from your provider, including, but not limited to, a list of commonly used CPT codes, evaluation reports, progress reports and superbills.
